Company History

In the face of uncertainty, three men from the Midwest made a bold decision risking everything they had to open a steel erection company in the Rocky Mountain area. It all began in 1979 when the three established their first office in Loveland, Colorado. Over time the company flourished, developing a reputation as dedicated hard workers. LPR Construction Co. quietly grew into a force in the industry.

With its new found status, expansion was inevitable. The company landed several high profile projects including Coors Field in Denver, the Miami Heat Arena, Florida Marlins retractable roof as well as the Denver Art Museum Expansion. Erecting the steel on each these projects in a safe and efficient manner brought notoriety to LPR on a national level.

At this point in time LPR Construction Co. has naturally progressed and extended its Structural Steel Erection Services by adding an Industrial Construction Services division. Subsequently, LPR recently completed its largest contract to date in Hobbs Generating Station. At its core, LPR Construction is still that dedicated hard worker who customers admire. The only difference is they offer more diverse industrial services. Their mission in the beginning was and continues to be the following:

'To provide a quality product and service to our customer at a competitive price and to provide a safe, enjoyable work environment where ownership and profits are shared with employees.'
